Please fill in the online “Admission Form” with the following documents:

1. Student’s recent photo
2. Student's Birth Certificate
3. Student's Identity Card
4. Copy of the student's proof of residence in Hong Kong / visa (applicable for non-Hong Kong residents)
5. Parent or guardian’s proof of address
6. Most recent report card (one page must include conduct and comments)
7. Professional report for special educational needs (if applicable)
8. Parent or guardian’s Identity Card
9. Copy of the parent or guardian's proof of residence in Hong Kong / visa (applicable for non-Hong Kong residents)
10. $50 examination fee
