  • Low-stress Assessment Policy: No assessment in the first term of P.1. We employ a variety of assessment methods to evaluate student progress. There will be only two tests per term.
  • Low-stress Homework Policy: To relieve homework stress, P.1 to P.3 students will spend no more than half an hour, and P.3 to P.6 students no more than 1 hour to complete their homework.



  • Free after-school homework tutorial is provided every Monday to Friday, at 4:00-5:00.


  • Free diversified extra-curricular activities are provided every Monday to Friday, at 4:00-5:00 and the sixth lesson on Day 6. E.g. Touch Rugby, A’ Capella, Jazz Dance, Street Dance, Screenplay, Taekwondo, Cricket, Violin, Roller Skating, Volleyball, Guitar, English Drama, Chinese Speech, Board Games, Handchime, Creative Art, Hand-made Accessories, Cub Scout, Magic, English Debate, Master of Ceremony, STEAM, etc.




  • To reduce parents’ financial burden, starting from 2024-2025, $1,000 uniform assistance will be granted to P.1 students.*

  • To cater for diverse students’ educational needs, all-rounded student support services are provided: After-school Chinese and Mathematics Enhancement Classes, Individual Educational Plan, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Dyslexia Therapy, Summer Bridging Program, P.1 Adaptation Program and Newly Arrived Student Support Program, etc.
  1. 1 Assignment Guidance
    1. 1.1 Classwork
      1. 1.1.1 Students complete the more difficult assignments in the classroom under the teachers’ guidance and support.
      2. 1.1.2 Generally, teachers should arrange more than 15 minutes classwork and reserve time to check students’ answers.
    2. 1.2 Homework
      1. 1.2.1 Teachers allocate 10 minutes lesson time for students to do homework with a moderate amount of guidance.
      2. 1.2.2 Whenever possible students should complete homework in school.
  2. 2 Timescale for homework items
    1. 2.1 For P.1-P.3 students, their total daily homework should be completed within half an hour.
    2. 2.2 For P.4-6 students, their total daily homework should be completed within an hour.


In order to promote learning, strengthen feedback and improve teaching, most subjects are based on progressive assessment. This is through using daily exercises, classroom performance, and tests as assessment data in order to replace the final examination at the end of each term.
